We look for assets that are underperforming and create a business plan to achieve a profitable position for our investors. Our strategy is to acquire mid size properties that have the ability to create strong cash flow. The properties that we strive to look for are those that are mismanaged, have deferred maintenance, high expenses and below market rent. Our team strategizes ways to bring up the Net Operating Income by repositioning the property. The strategy includes ways to bring down expenses and increase occupancy at market rate.
